How does a "Per Site Collection" license work?
A license key is tied cryptographically to your SharePoint Site Collection ID. Any user who has access to that SharePoint PMO site (whether 5 people or 500 people) can view and edit projects, milestones, and risks without incurring any additional fees.
How do we enter our license key?
Once purchased, you will receive your cryptographic license key. Inside the app, click the About / License dialog in the top navigation, paste your key, and click Save. The license is automatically stored in your local PM_CFG_AppSettings list and takes effect immediately.
How does the Multi-Site Tenant License work?
Our Multi-Site Tenant License is priced at exactly 3× the annual 1-year price (11.970 € / year). It allows you to deploy and activate the app across unlimited site collections within your Microsoft 365 tenant (e.g. IT PMO, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Corporate Strategy). If you run 4 or more PMO sites, this tier immediately saves you money.
Does any project data or telemetry leave our Microsoft 365 tenant?
No data goes out — everything stays 100% inside SharePoint. The app is a client-side SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web part running strictly in the user's browser. It communicates directly and exclusively with standard SharePoint lists in your own tenant via HTTPS. Project Leaders (PL) can also export the entire project snapshot as an Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx), or export executive 1-pager PowerPoint (.pptx) and PDF (.pdf) summaries directly from the project drawer.
