✔ Up to 3 Strategic Links: Projects can support multiple strategic initiatives, but must designate exactly one primary link.
✔ Curated by Project Leaders & Sponsors: The Project Leader, Deputy, and Sponsor edit links with the inline pencil icon.
✔ Objective Owner Verification: Strategic objective owners review linked projects and can remove connections that do not genuinely fit.
✔ Clean Budget Totals: In configuration, choose whether budget counts only under the primary link (preventing double-counting) or across every link.
