The app uses two separate limits:
• Plans = different projects. Each Planner plan, Jira project or MS Project file counts as one plan. With email you can load up to 5, and the portfolio view compares them side by side: one row in the table and one lane on the timeline per project.
• Dates = history of the same project. For each of those plans you can load up to 12 exports from different dates, for example one per month. These are versions of the same project over time, used to see how its milestones moved.
So the full limit is 5 projects × 12 monthly exports each (up to 60 total snapshot exports), processed 100% in your local browser.
